Suttons Creek Continues Growth with the Addition of Two New Principal Consultants

Suttons Creek is excited to announce the addition of two new, full-time consultants to help us service our growing client project roster. Glenn Empey joins SCI as Sr. Principal Consultant after having freelanced with the team for over a year; and Diane Reed joins as Principal Consultant, Regulatory Affairs with vast experience in both pharmaceuticals and medical device regulatory. Both combination product experts will be reporting to Director, Technical Services Jonathan Amaya-Hodges and taking lead roles in client project management and execution.

In addition to his time spent consulting for Suttons Creek, Glenn has over thirty years of experience in the medical device industry and a strong track record of successful design and development management, manufacturing process development, and effective design transfer. His practical experience in Project Management, Development Engineering, Engineering Management, Quality Systems, Regulatory affairs, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance were achieved at major global companies such as Boston Scientific, Medtronic (Diabetes, Neurovascular), ReShape Medical, and Edwards Lifesciences. “Glenn is an experienced team leader,” says Amaya-Hodges, “and his strong people skills will lend to productive and positive experiences as he leads client projects.”

“We are also looking forward to putting Diane’s collaborative and knowledge-transfer leadership style to work for our clients,” continues Amaya-Hodges. “She has a history of delivering exceptional regulatory strategies and submissions, and we are excited for her to lead our clients to success as well.” Diane brings over twenty years of experience in regulated medical products (drugs, medical devices, and combination products) at companies ranging from Fortune 100 companies to startups. Most recently, she worked at Pfizer where she supported a variety of products, including drug-device combination products. Her prior experience includes regulatory affairs work on various types of combination products including prefilled syringes, IV-bags, nasal sprays, and co-packaged products at Terumo, Sandoz, Covidien, along with consulting work through Cardinal Health and others.
