With over 30 years in Medical Device, Sporting Goods, and Aerospace Defense industries, Cary Talbot has a broad range of product leadership experiences from early-stage business strategy definition, through in-field voice of customer research, to systems design and requirements.  Cary is an inventor on over 50 patents, including mechanical, electrical, embedded code, and remote digital healthcare.  He has lead both development teams, marketing teams. He approaches projects with both a high-level strategic perspective and a detailed implementation mindset.  His expansive range of experiences includes generating simulations and system flow down parametric trades for a space missile, establishing critical requirements for a wide array of medical devices, conducting program management for an award-winning medical device, gathering and prioritizing customer needs, defining formal market requirements, and defining new business requirements.
