Karen Keeley is a senior business development executive with over 24 years of experience driving growth across the life sciences ecosystem, including CRO,  Biotech, Pharma, SaaS, Lab Services, DX and AI/ML-enabled solutions. She has held leadership roles at global organizations where she consistently built multi-million-dollar pipelines and closed complex, high-value clinical trial and technology engagements.

Karen brings deep expertise across the full clinical development lifecycle (Phase I–IV), with particular strength in oncology, rare disease, cell and gene therapy, precision medicine, and decentralized and digitally enabled trials. Known for her consultative, trusted-advisor approach, she partners closely with executive stakeholders to diagnose business challenges, align cross-functional solutions, and accelerate the delivery of life-saving therapies.
