Paul brings more than 18 years of experience in med tech and pharma, spanning R&D, program management, human factors, marketing, sales, and general management. Throughout his career, he has led cross-functional teams and partnered with clients to develop and launch a broad range of combination products — including vial kits, pre-filled syringes, safety systems, auto-injectors, and on-body injectors — across multiple therapeutic areas.
His hands-on expertise extends to medical devices for medication delivery, skin preparation, securement, vascular access, and closed-system drug transfer. Known for his collaborative approach, Paul draws on his deep industry knowledge to help clients navigate complex challenges and bring effective solutions to market.
